The LOGO!MAT L and XL series is a proven conveyor system which can be freely configured similar to a modular system. The main fields of application of this transport system for workpiece carriers are assembly automation and test automation, for example motor assembly, axle assembly, seat assembly or assembly applications in electric mobility.

LOGO!MAT L is suitable for workpiece carriers with weights up to 250 kg, LOGO!MAT XL for weight classes up to 600 kg per workpiece carrier.

The LOGO!MAT friction roller conveyors are a highly flexible modular system consisting of standard components and stations such as rotary modules, switches, lift gates etc., which allow a variety of system layouts and can also be customized. Later reconfigurations are easy and without great effort, as all stations can be used or added to almost any section of the transfer system.

The pre-assembled segments have a three-phase motor, a maintenance-free chain drive, are robust and reliable in production operation for years.
