In addition to our standardized products, we offer our customers various variations of special developments. With almost every conveyor or transfer system there are minor changes or even major adjustments of the standard components, either already in the planning stage or later after commissioning. Due to the large vertical range of manufacture and the competences in the mechanical and electrical areas, customer adaptations can be realized in an optimized time frame even during the course of the project. KRUPS' internal Special Design Department takes care of the conversions and new developments that are agreed upon and commissioned with the customer.
These modifications are then incorporated into the standard series, if possible and sensible, in order to generate a continuous improvement process. Internal Prototype Construction helps to implement the design concepts and to test the adjustments directly on the product.
KRUPS' technical sales engineers and project planners always start by using standardized system components, so that the customer can be supplied with the desired conveyor system at the lowest possible cost.
If special adaptations are necessary, the necessary modifications are monetarily evaluated and offered to the customer.
