Final assembly

Fast delivery and short commissioning of conveyor systems

A high degree of pre-assembly allows KRUPS conveyor systems and components to be delivered quickly to the customer. Since the assembly teams on site receive the components just-in-time and in the correct sequence, and since storage space is usually no longer planned, component assembly at the customer's site can be carried out highly efficiently. KRUPS storage capacities are designed for this process, so that the available production space can be used for assembly and commissioning.

At more than 10 parallel workstations, completely configured line sections are assembled, configured, wired, tested and inspected in the final assembly, before being taken over by Shipping and Picking. Usually the KRUPS team works in parallel on different projects, avoiding interruptions in the assembly process in order to work effectively and avoid errors. The skilled workers are highly qualified and trained, one reason why the quality feature "Made by KRUPS" stands for the highest quality standards everywhere.

The harmonization of processes between the worldwide production sites also ensures that KRUPS conveyor systems are built and offered to this high standard throughout. In this way, customer projects can be planned internationally, across borders, and put into operation with KRUPS products, before finally being assembled into a complete system at the end user's site.
