What is the LOGO!MAT T Series?

The T Series is the compact, cost-optimized series in the LOGO!MAT modular system. With a fixed track width of 400 mm and a reduced component range, it allows complete assembly lines to be built with just two base modules — track section and Track Rotate. Workpiece Carriers up to 250 kg are transported on friction-driven rollers.

Available heights from 400 to 1,000 mm. The T Series is particularly suited for standardized applications where a lean, economical solution is required — without compromise on positioning accuracy and reliability. Line expansions are possible without extensive planning effort.


Operating Environments

Clean Room
Use possible; the reduced component range facilitates particle emission evaluation. Requirements are evaluated on a per-project basis.
Oily Environments
Workpiece Carriers oil-resistant; suitable for lighter assemblies in coolant-adjacent environments up to 250 kg payload.
Machining Environment
Components available for machining areas with chip and coolant ingress; per-project evaluation recommended for continuously heavy contamination.
Wash Areas
Use in cleaning systems possible with appropriate component configuration.

What is the LOGO!MAT L Series?

The L Series is the most versatile series in the LOGO!MAT modular system. With four available track widths (229, 286, 400, and 514 mm) and the most comprehensive component catalog, it covers most assembly automation applications. Workpiece carriers up to 250 kg are transported on friction-driven rollers along pre-assembled track segments. The drive is a three-phase motor with a low-maintenance chain drive.

Available heights from 170 to over 1,000 mm; multi-level routing possible. The L Series is also available as a powered-zone transfer system without workpiece carriers — for example for KLT transport (plastic containers directly on the track).

Rollers
Adjustable and fixed friction rollers with high-quality ball bearings, individually replaceable.
Workpiece Carrier
Oil-resistant, curve-capable, integrated return stop, ESD-capable. Standard interfaces for custom fixtures. Bottom access possible to reach the part from below.
Stop Unit
Pneumatic or electric, damped/undamped, continuously adjustable.
Locate Unit
Pneumatic fixture of the Workpiece Carrier at the station. Foundation for reproducible positioning.
Lift Indexing Station
Pneumatic, 3–300 mm stroke, ±0.1 mm positioning accuracy.
Lift & Rotate Station
Combines lift and rotation in one station. Pneumatically driven. Manual or automatic rotation possible.
Track Rotate
Pneumatic or electric, 90° and 270°. Flat design, multiple configurations.
Rotate Station
Integrated rotation of the Workpiece Carrier within the conveyor track, 90° or 180°.
Curves
Passive 90° corner for curve-capable Workpiece Carriers. LOGO!MAT is the original of the passive corner deflection.
Diverters & Merges

Bidirectional branching for flexible routing in two directions.

Vertical opening of a conveyor section for personnel access or material infeed.

What is the LOGO!MAT XL Series?

The XL Series is the heavy-duty series in the LOGO!MAT modular system. With a track width of 600 mm and a payload up to 600 kg in standard operation (up to 1,000 kg with Track Rotate corners), it is designed for heavy assemblies in assembly and test automation. Workpiece Carriers are transported on friction-driven rollers along pre-assembled track segments.

Available heights from 450 to 1,000 mm; multi-level routing possible. The robust design with adjustable friction rollers and high-quality ball bearings ensures reliable continuous operation even under high loads.

Oily Environments
Workpiece Carriers and roller assemblies designed for coolant/lubricant and hydraulic environments. Proven in powertrain and gearbox assembly with continuous lubricant exposure.
Machining Environment
Components available for machining areas with chip and coolant ingress. Robust design for continuous operation next to machining centers at loads up to 1,000 kg.
Wash Areas
Use in component cleaning systems possible with appropriate component configuration; relevant for assembly sections with upstream part cleaning.
Clean Room
