What is the LOGO!MAT L Series?
The L Series is the most versatile series in the LOGO!MAT modular system. With four available track widths (229, 286, 400, and 514 mm) and the most comprehensive component catalog, it covers most assembly automation applications. Workpiece carriers up to 250 kg are transported on friction-driven rollers along pre-assembled track segments. The drive is a three-phase motor with a low-maintenance chain drive.
Available heights from 170 to over 1,000 mm; multi-level routing possible. The L Series is also available as a powered-zone transfer system without workpiece carriers — for example for KLT transport (plastic containers directly on the track).

Adjustable and fixed friction rollers with high-quality ball bearings, individually replaceable.
Workpiece Carrier
Oil-resistant, curve-capable, integrated return stop, ESD-capable. Standard interfaces for custom fixtures. Bottom access possible to reach the part from below.
Stop Unit
Pneumatic or electric, damped/undamped, continuously adjustable.
Locate Unit
Pneumatic fixture of the Workpiece Carrier at the station. Foundation for reproducible positioning.
Lift Indexing Station
Pneumatic, 3–300 mm stroke, ±0.1 mm positioning accuracy.
Lift & Rotate Station
Combines lift and rotation in one station. Pneumatically driven. Manual or automatic rotation possible.
